7 c. water
2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (14-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. shredded carrots
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
pinch of garlic
1 tsp onion flakes
1 can kidney beans
1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans
1 c. small macaroni, uncooked (I use wheat)
Brown celery. Add liquid, bouillon, seasonings, carrots & zucchini. Cook until tender. Add beans & bring to a boil. Add macaroni a few minutes before serving, just enough time for them to get tender.
